Application:

ASCEN PCB stacked loader machine is used for loading bare board onto the PCB intelligent assembly line.The PCB destacker can be positioned anywhere in the PCB assembly line. A large stack of boards are placed above the belt conveyor by the operator. The stacker unique separation cams take one board from the bottom of the stack and lowers it onto the edge belt conveyor.

* PLC intelligent control system with International universal SMEMA

* Steel frame structure, the frame adopts 1.5 cold plate bending, the surface is sprayed with computer white

* By pass mode selectable and can use as a PCB conveyor on the SMT assembly line.

* Width adjustment selectable automatically.

* Can be customized to use for the LED assembly line.

* Surrounded with covers to provide highest level of safety
