The machine is pneumatically driven and electric control. The straight knife type separator machines were designed to separate pre-scored panel boards carefully, without bending or tension stress. Even
sensitive SMD-components like ceramic capacitors will not be damaged by the separate process. Due to the special design of the knives also boards with high components placed close to the edges can be separated safely. Based on a proven method of separating, wedge-shaped knives are used to cut the panels within the groove. This enables boards of less than 1 mm thickness to be separated safely and without creating stress.

1. C-type non-bending stress and rigid construction. Air source direct drive: dispense with any external power, minimum energy consumption and noise.   2. Two straight knives cutting off simultaneously, and fixed PC board, smallest burrs, without the occurrence of split of edges.   3. The height of the upper and lower knife is adjustable. In accordance with the thickness of the PC board, the gap between the two knives can be adjusted by the upside knob.   4. Percent of contact area between the two knives is adjusted by the screws of nether knife. Dispense with any shim, which greatly decreases the difficulty of replacing and adjusting the knife.   5. No vibration, only with minimum stress. It can safely cut the high sensitive SMD parts and ultrathin PCB board.   6. For brittle paper based PCB board, the cutting effect is perfect.   7. The knife can be ground repeatedly, which greatly decreases the cost of buying knife.   8. Easy and safe to operate and maintain.
